I found the vehicle I was interested in a 2025 Mojito Jeep gladiator high tide online and booked an appointment to come look at it and value my trade. When I got to the dealership, I met with my salesman and we immediately started doing paperwork within an hour. They had my trade appraised and we agreed upon a value. We talked numbers and the deal was approved with financing and a warranty was offered to me and everything was all set and done, but I never even saw the Jeep until it was brought to me to be delivered. Being a new Jeep I knew it would not disappoint me, but my salesman literally told me nothing about the jeep. I did not do a test drive the only thing he showed me was the window switches in the middle of the Jeep, for a salesman who has as many years experience as he has I would have expected more. I am happy about my purchase However, the salesman should have done a little bit more. Since this was a brand new vehicle, I expected to have my window sticker intact. It had been removed, and the lower left corner of it was torn away, so that I cannot read all of the options that were listed in the left lower corner. More
