He was prompt in his responses, listened to what I was looking for, and worked with me to get the deal I was asking for. I truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication to making the experience easy and enjoyable. Demarcus was also incredibly helpful in finalizing the deal and ensuring everything went off without a hitch. What impressed me the most was that we were able to complete almost everything online—when I arrived at the dealership, I was in and out in just 15 minutes. It was by far the quickest and most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Worst New Car Experience Ever – Do Not Buy From Sandy Sansing Mazda! As a military member, I’ve purchased several cars privately without issue, but my experience with Sandy Sansing Mazda was by far th Sansing Mazda! As a military member, I’ve purchased several cars privately without issue, but my experience with Sandy Sansing Mazda was by far the worst new car experience ever. After trading in my vehicle, we were told we couldn’t take our new car until we provided unnecessary paperwork, even though we knew better. The manager, Demarcus, was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. They made us run around to the DMV for hours, only to be told the dealership should have handled the paperwork. We had to go back and essentially teach them how to do their job. Suddenly, after two days of arguing and even consulting another dealership for advice, the deal was “good to go.” I finally just lost my temper and all Demarcus could do is be a narcissistic xxxxx and anger me further with saying "oh wow/Really" "you asked for me to come out and speak with you and now you disrespect me?". Proceeding with that I needed to leave.(leave in what car) I tell him repeatedly to call the cops if I’m trespassing and he fails to do so. At this point the cop could at least give me a ride home since I’m without a car. When we finally got the car, it had a stained headliner, a coffee mug stain on the dash, and the accessories we ordered (floor mats and mud guards) weren’t installed. I had to install them myself, which is completely unacceptable when purchasing a brand-new car with accessories. To top it off, after they realized we were right, Demarcus had Keith tell me “thank you for your service.” That was all I got after a day and a half of frustration and wasted time. I will be sure to warn all my friends, family, and fellow military members to NEVER purchase from Sandy Sansing Mazda or any of their dealerships. This was an awful experience, and I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs More

Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola is the best! I recently had service done on my CX-70 and as usual, I received the best customer service and the best service on my car. Annie in the service dep I recently had service done on my CX-70 and as usual, I received the best customer service and the best service on my car. Annie in the service department was wonderful and really took care of me. She kept me up to speed on everything going on with my car, and made sure everything was completed, even recall fixes. I believe I’ll be a customer for a long time, they never disappoint! More

Contacted the dealership about a vehicle on their website, their sales team reached out multiple times to let me know the car was in stock and did I want to make an appointment to come in and see it so that it was ready when I arrived. Made an appointment for Friday afternoon, took the time off work, arrived at the dealership to discover that the car wasn't even at the lot yet. They tried selling me a completely different car, told me it was a glitch in the system between the online system and theirs and eventually the sales person himself said that the internet sales team will say anything that they can to get you in the door. I think that sums it up. More
