I have to say that this was absolutely the least painful car purchase ever....Can't speak any higher of Chris and DeMarcus. Chris put in time and effort when he wasn't even needing to but exceeded my expectations and gave that extra (as we Cajuns say, "Lagniappe" or "something extra"). DeMarcus was friendly and kept me entertained while my car was being washed. I did have a slight setback on a issue with the it overheating when I got it back to Destin and drove it on Tuesday for the first time. BMW Roadside was by far the best customer service I have had with any Make of Vehicle I have owned which have been Acura's, Mercedes, and Honda. I was just expecting for it to be a pain and then a fight back and forth of blaming me for the issue, I don't know anything about cars so the BMW Roadside had it picked up and taken back to Pcola, which is with traffic a 2 1/2 drive. The next day they had an uber ready to take me to pick up my car. Luckily it wasn't anything major and was just a hose, and good to go. I am very pleased with my purchase and will own this car for many years to come. More
