DeMarcus went above and beyond for my 16 year old’s first car. He took the time to explain things to her regarding her car. Most adults will bypass the “child” but he knew this vehicle was for her and he not only explained in details the ins and outs of the vehicle but he also answered all of her questions in a friendly manner. I was very impressed. In the past I have dreaded car shopping because let’s face it car salesman’s are the worse. You feel pressured and annoyed to buy a car they want you to buy probably for that commission. DeMarcus was far from that, so much so that even my 16 year commented on how great he was. When we picked up the car, the floor mats were missing and true to his word he told us he would find new ones so we could pick up. Well to my astonishment not only did he find new floor mats but also had them delivered to me as I live about 50 miles away from The dealership.
