I walked out of Publix today with groceries. My fob would not open the door of my car. I called Mazda service and Logan worked with me explaining how to unlock a key in my fob to get the car sta My fob would not open the door of my car. I called Mazda service and Logan worked with me explaining how to unlock a key in my fob to get the car started. He was kind and patient and stayed on the phone until we got the car going. I went directly to the Mazda service and met with Logan to see if we could determine the problem. If the fob battery starts to go bad, I would have gotten a message on the dashboard to alert me. The car started up when we tested it at the dealership. Because of Logan's knowledge and care to help me, I made it to the dealership without a tow and much more than that, I had someone knowledgeable talking me through the steps. I don't have enough words to express my appreciation for Logan and the service team for their expertise but more than that for the type of people in the service department. Annie Brown More
