Bait and switch, that is how explain what this dealer does. I found 2024 Mazda 3 advertised on their website. I went to the dealership, told the salesman about the car I saw and he found they had the a does. I found 2024 Mazda 3 advertised on their website. I went to the dealership, told the salesman about the car I saw and he found they had the actual car (VIN verified) that was advertised. After looking at the car I decided to buy the car. I told the car would cost several thousand dollars more than advertised. I then, again, showed them the ad on their website. The site showed, and still does show, the car price listed as follows: "MSRP $31,925," "Sand Sansing Mazda Discount -$3926," " Price $27,999." The manager then told me it was just a mistake and offered, as a "show of good will" to sell me the care at MSRP and not include the surcharge they charge all other customers." I suggested this was unacceptable and I expected them to sell me the car as advertised but they refused. They then tried to tell me how they could get my "payment the same." Another indication of their bait and switch tactics. More

I am with all of the 100s of reviews that say STAY AWAY! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them a 0, i would! I am still trying to get a tag for a purchases from October! Our "e- signatures" & title paperwork was forged. Left the dealership in a Diesel that a "joke" (supposedly a joke anyways) was made about them filling it with gas. 20 mins later, we have a $12k repair for a fuel system. The idiots even listed it as Gas on the paperwork. I was mailed a check for half the parts, that was supposedly lost in the mail (but was postmarked after I called them again). It was returned dishonored due to stop payment & they refuse to re-issue it. I have contact about 10-12 legal departments to report this. I hope every one of their dealerships are shut down & never gets to screw anyone over again. Also, google all the lawsuits against them before purchasing! I wish I had! Vehicle was purchased thru Mazda but everyone of the dealerships work together. Jackie Grey & Kelly from Chevrolet are the 2 that was to try to say I signed the title paperwork but I have proof that it was signed prior to me stepping into the office! If you decide to try test your luck, DO NOT E-SIGN ANYTHING!!!!!! Make them print & show you EVERY PAPER & ONLY wet signatures! More

this is about the service department. I had an issue with my newer car (3 weeks old bought elsewhere) not starting and doing other weird things after it was jump started. The people in there were all friendly and helpful, especially Trent who handled everything. They let me use a loaner, kept me updated and repaired my car in a timely fashion. Car problems are frustrating and I was a bit upset but they made everything easy and I left my car there with a smile on my face. I certainly recommend them and I can't say I have ever recommended a car dealer's service dept previously. Had issues with every other one and I preferred using an independent mechanic. More
