My used 2017 Infiniti had a dent in the front bumper and Myca was able to arrange for the bumper to replaced with a brand new one at no charge to me. When the new bumper arrived there were a few different paints sent with it and the correct color had to matched to my car. I live about 45 minutes from the Sandy Sansing Mazda dealership and since I had to drive in on a Saturday just so they could match up the correct paint, they filled my gas tank for me as a courtesy. That was greatly appreciated! I would also like to credit Joel Bender for his professionalism during the finance process and the great conversation we had. Joel was the person who when he saw me waiting on Saturday to have the body shop person match the bumper paint to my car personally walked over to the shop and brought the shop person to me to complete the process. Thank you Myca and Joel for making my buying process a smooth and satisfying one.
