I was looking online for a specific truck and found the one I wanted at this dealer, so I called to see if they still had it and I spoke with Dallas ( I was looking online for a specific truck and found the one I wanted at this dealer, so I called to see if they still had it and I spoke with Dallas ( salesman) and he says yes we do come and drive it! So I could not come that particular day so when I did have time I called and said I am coming he said ok! Needless to say when I got there I did not see the truck and I ask ( Did you sell the truck?) He said yes we did but it have some more trucks you might like. So I should have known from that particular tactic to get me there I should have left!! But I went ahead and looked at another truck that they had that I had seen online but they had to go locate it because it was not on there Mazda lot. So they go get it we do all the financing and I am about done and the dealer says I am having it cleaned and gassed up for you! And I distinctly said (oh thank you because when I test drove it it had 20 miles to empty) ! Well I go to get in and he says I am going to owe you some gas because I can’t get my fuel card to work! I was like oh my goodness I can’t believe this!! That was number. 2 I really should have just said good bye!!But no I have done been there half the day and I was leaving so I just went straight to the gas station!! So I am getting home and my son says where are the step rails? I said oh my gosh I did not even notice when I was there it did not have them on ( which is my fault for not noticing) but I was looking at the bells and whistles of the truck! So I called and he says well I don’t know why they took them off and I told him well my picture on line shows the step rails and I want them back on the truck! He says well I will try to find them but I can order you some for our price if you want me too. I was like no I want the ones that are supposed to be on there that I bought with the truck!! He says I will try to see what happen and call you back!! Guess what it’s a month later and no call! And when I called and spoke with the financing manager his exact words were I am sorry but you did buy the truck as is!! I don’t usually complain at all about to much but this place is just awe full!!!! Just go elsewhere!! More

Purchase on 09/11/2018 Beginning last week, my wife and started looking for another vehicle. After going online, there was a vehicle on the Sandy Sansing Mazda there we wer Beginning last week, my wife and started looking for another vehicle. After going online, there was a vehicle on the Sandy Sansing Mazda there we were interested in. On Saturday 09/08/2018 my wife and I drove from Mobile to Pensacola to look at the car. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were professionally greeted by the staff and met Kevin Webster. Kevin asked what brought was there today and we told him that we were interested in test driving a 2014 Lincoln MKZ but the key to the vehicle could not be found. As we waited for the staff to locate the key, we were constantly checked on and made to feel comfortable during our wait. My wife and I located another vehicle on the website, 2014 Hyundia Azera. Kevin setup a drive test for us and after that, we were working on purchasing the car. On Monday 09/10/2018, we came back to office to finish the process but ran into a snag, but it wasn't Kevin's fault but ours. We decided to try Sandy Sansing and was approached by Ellis. He was brilliant so enthusiastic and nothing too much trouble. He drove us to all the sites and if he didn't know he found out for us. We found a Mini that my wife just had to have and Ellis sorted things out for us. He had to wait for us to transfer the money from England and pay with a cashier's cheque. We paid a deposit so he knew we were serious. Collected the car today and we met Joel Bender who was a charming man. When we left with the car today it started to rain really hard and my wife sat in the car waiting for it to ease up, Ellis phoned her to see if she was okay. We now need a second car and we have Ellis on the case. Such a pleasant experience buying our first car thanks to Ellis. More

My Experience Written as a Novel We began car shopping almost 6 months ago. We got serious about it 2 months ago. We had visited multiple dealers before this one. Upon arriving we We began car shopping almost 6 months ago. We got serious about it 2 months ago. We had visited multiple dealers before this one. Upon arriving we were greeted by Kayla. We originally arrived looking for a Mazda 3 and we test drove it. She asked what we were looking for and after we all deliberated it was decided that it was not the car for us. She took us to the other side of the lot and showed us a CX-9. Still not the vehicle. We took a break in the lounge. It is kind of small but my son was able to eat doughnuts and watch cartoons. He was happy. Finally we came to the CX-5. Almost a perfect fit! Then she showed us the CX-5 with the preferred package. She was/is very knowledgeable on the vehicle and was able to show and explain all of the safety and luxury features. It had all we needed and the size of the vehicle worked well. Our story does not end here. We left. One of the sales managers ran a hard credit inquiry after we specifically told him not to do so. He told us "I was just checking rates". We did not buy that day. We shopped at 11 other dealerships over the next month. Finally after looking at 15 and test driving 6 more vehicles we called Kayla directly. We stopped in and had our trade appraisal done very quickly. She gave us numbers and we went home to think on them. The next day we returned and, after I sat there deliberating, my wife told me we were buying. Kayla knew this in advance and had the paperwork drafted. Jeff Hand stopped by and made sure we could all agree on the price. This man has a great personality and is very enthusiastic. We negotiated on a price. While the dealership always wins (otherwise they wouldn't be in business) I feel like we left with a great vehicle for a great price. Joel did the legal paperwork and we were only in his office about 20 minutes. Overall 5 stars! Thank you Kayla for being patient with me. I am a very difficult person to deal with and you were great. Great new car buying experience I was very happy with the atmosphere and customer service at Sandy Sansing. Myca Martin was Outstanding! From the very first phone call to the minut I was very happy with the atmosphere and customer service at Sandy Sansing. Myca Martin was Outstanding! From the very first phone call to the minute we drove away with our new CX9, she was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Even though she is fairly new at the job, she was very quick to answer every question, even if it required a little research, and to demonstrate the features of the vehicle. We were very impressed. Rob Sansonia was also very personal and provided answers to various questions. Joel Bender was very thorough during the final process. The only reason I ranked “Quality of Work” as 4 stars was that when our vehicle was first presented to us it appeared to have dirt and dings around the outside of the SUV. They promptly sent it in for detailing and it came out looking fine. I am rating the price as 4 stars because I was offered exactly the price that was listed on USAA Car Buying certificate and there was no negotiation. I could be wrong, but I have been told by several people that you “should” be able to negotiate a price lower than wat is on the certificate. This was still an overall exceptional experience! More
