Great Floor salesman Alan, my floor salesman who went with me the for the test drive, was awesome. He went out of his way to make sure buying the car was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend working with Alan when buying your next car. The finance guys, on the other hand, were a little more on point with the stereotype. Ralph, I think was his name, was a little too aggressive, even after I gave clear parameters about the financing I needed to make it work. Unlike with Alan, I felt a little pushed into the deal, which was aggravated by the seemingly well-meaning but slightly condescending final step when he tried up-selling me on all the warranties. Overall, probably a 4/5 experience. It was great working with Alan, and the financing guys in the end got the job done, but it took a little more pushback from me than was probably necessary. More
