He went out of his way to make sure buying the car was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend working with Alan when buying your next car. The finance guys, on the other hand, were a little more on point with the stereotype. Ralph, I think was his name, was a little too aggressive, even after I gave clear parameters about the financing I needed to make it work. Unlike with Alan, I felt a little pushed into the deal, which was aggravated by the seemingly well-meaning but slightly condescending final step when he tried up-selling me on all the warranties. Overall, probably a 4/5 experience. It was great working with Alan, and the financing guys in the end got the job done, but it took a little more pushback from me than was probably necessary. More

My 2011 Acadia <3 Alan was a fun sales representative to work with. You never felt that "hounding" feeling that you get when you first get on a car sales lot. He approached us, gave us some information as we had been looking for days for a newer vehicle. We happened to see one we interested in and took it for a test drive right then. Unfortunately for us, it actually was unavailable less than 24 hours after we looked at it. A week later, Alan called with the news that the Acadia was available. We went immediately to look at it one more time. He worked through our difficulties of providing information as so happened that same day, my phone with most of my information, died that day as well and we had no paper information on us as we were not planning on purchasing right at that moment. Joel was also an excellent representative to work with. He made sure you understood everything as you were signing it on his amazing screen he had in his office. Both gentlemen were great to work with...highly recommend! More
