Exceptional personal service over 5 year period Five years ago I traded in my 2001 Mazda Tribute and another vehicle for a Mazda CX5. I was financially recovering from a divorce and the sales associate, John Nowak, was so very helpful and understanding. The service on the CX5 was exceptional. I wanted to downsize to a CX3 and would only go back to John Nowak and Sandy Sansing Mazda although I moved and another dealer was closer. John Nowak and Joel Bender were great in securing a new loan in spite of an error on my credit report due to an insured loss paid on a motorcycle loan. These guys are great. Professional, compassionate, and fun to work with and they keep the customer happy and coming back. I refer any and all my friends and acquaintances to Sandy Sansing because of these guys. In 2013, she had purchased a car from Sandy Sansing Nissan. She was very pleased with her buying experience so I decided to visit Sandy Sansing Mazda. I'm happy to tell you that I also had a great buying experience. Rob Sansonia and Joel Bender were so pleasant and easy to work with. Both of these gentlemen seem to love what they do and that makes for a very pleasant customer experience.
