Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I really can't say enough to express how wonderful Erick Ruiz-Reyes and Joel Bender were at Sandy Sansing Mazda! Erick was relaxed, knowledgeable, patient, kind, polite, and FUN! He didn't pressure me and really did a fantastic job of answering my questions and helping me test drive and find the perfect car. He was respectful to my 12 yr old son and even let him ride shotgun instead of putting him in the back seat. Well played, Erick, well played. When it came time for the negotiating, there really wasn't much to be done because he worked with my terms to get the numbers I wanted. Then it was time for Joel....the finance guy... this was the part I dreaded and after such a great experience with Erick, I was leery of moving on to another associate. As it was the end of the day, I was tired and my defenses went up. Well, Joel proved to be just as amazing as Erick. He treated both me and my son with courtesy and respect and was just as much fun as Erick. He broke down the legal mumbo-jumbo and ensured I left with the peace of mind I should after a major purchase. To top it off... I sent Joel an email with a ton of questions the next day and not only did he read the whole thing (it was long), but he responded with both an email and a phone call. I don't know if they'll be looking forward to seeing me again, but this will be the first place I go for my next car! Thanks, guys! More
