First time financing I went into the dealer just to look at a used Mini Countryman S that was on the lot. I didn't have any intentions of buying right then and there, I ha I went into the dealer just to look at a used Mini Countryman S that was on the lot. I didn't have any intentions of buying right then and there, I have been shopping around for a few weeks weighing out options. Bobby Walkup was already in the lot and came over promptly to ask if there was anyone I had spoke to and when I told him it was my first visit and what I was looking at he grabbed the keys to the car and we went for a test drive. He was extremely polite and never once did I feel like I was being pushed to buy. This was extremely refreshing because the dealers I had visited over the weekend in Fort Walton were exceedingly aggressive and had no real interest in helping me, they just wanted to back me into a corner and take my money. I sat with Bobby and spoke to him for a while after the test drive and he worked with the financing team to get me into terms that worked for me. We wrote everything up and he took me to Joel who was also extremely polite and helpful unlike others I've dealt with at other dealers. They ended up staying late to get me into the car I wanted that night and had me bring it back in the next day to detail. This was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer and buy from them again when I am ready. More
