Joel was my financial adviser, and he knew his stuff so well there was never a bump in the road. In and out in record time with my papers in my hand. On the way home (I live 80 miles from Pensacola) I noticed the "passenger air back disengaged" warning and called the dealership to find out what this meant. I spoke with Cynthia in the Service Department, and she answered my question without missing a beat. By the time I was getting home, it was almost time for the dealership to close, but I had one last question. I called back to ask what the little silver tag was on my key ring (numbers to reprogram the key if necessary, it turns out.) Shannon was not available, but I got to speak to Mike, another sales person. He was so friendly and helpful! What a team Mr. Sansing has at his Mazda dealership in Pensacola. I not only received professional, efficient service, I was treated with care and respect. It was not just the four individuals I have mentioned either. Everyone on site, from the receptionist, to the young man who found me another rest room so I wouldn't have to wait in line, went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. It was apparent they loved where they were and what they were doing. I am 61 years old and have bought many cars in my lifetime. But these folks take the prize for their personal approach and expertise. Thank you to Mr. Sansing, Shannon, Joel, Cynthia and Mike, and all the other folks I met yesterday! no hassle We arrived to the dealership an hour before closing time wanting to test drive a CX-3. Maxwell greeted us, and had one ready to drive in seconds. Max answered all our questions, and was a pleasure to deal with. He gave us privacy to talk over our decision, and didn't hover around us. Everyone else we dealt with was also nice, and made us feel at ease. It was much different than any other car buying experience I have ever had. Max and Joel stayed until 10 p.m. to finish all the paperwork, and make sure the car was perfect when I drove it off the lot. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will return whenever I need to purchase another vehicle. More

Yay, Mazda! My husband and I were on the hunt for a new car. We actually started our search at Sandy Sansing Mazda. We took the CX-5 for a test drive with Alan. We didnt feel any pressure or as if though we HAD to buy the card immediately. Alan answered atleast a dozen questions and if he didn't know the answer he made sure he got me an answer. My husband and I have hectic schedules, so we looked at a few more dealers and ultimately ended up back at Mazda. Alan worked with our schedules and helped us get into the car we wanted. We love our new CX-5. Joel, our finance guy, was awesome. He worked with us well after the dealership actually closed and helped us find a rate that worked for us. Alan and Joel were wonderful to work with and really made our experience a fantastic one! More
