Jody Vaughn was the sales representative whom sold us the Mazda. Jody was helpful and we truly felt he wanted our business. He worked his hardest to find a compromise which satisfied both parties and we were very impressed at the lengths which he went to aide us in obtaining this Mazda. Absolutely no complaints regarding customer service, as we were lucky to have found Mr. Vaughn. Mr. Joel was the finance manager with whom we did business with and he made the process simple and enjoyable. Overall was a very good experience through the Sansing dealership. More

We drove over there immediately from Mobile and he was ready to go! Besides being cordial and not pushy at all (which I liked) he was informative, covering features on the outside of the car to the inside. Very patient and kind. We like Mike!
