Rob is just unbelievable in his ability to satisfy his customers! We had just about settled on a blue Mazda 3, but he could tell that my wife really wanted a silver car...presto! Up drives Rob with the perfect car (which I think he pulled out of a hat because we hadn't seen it on the lot after an extensive search). You should have seen my wife's eyes light up! And the smile is still there! I wish every car experience prior to Sandy Sansing was comparable, but sadly, that is not the case. We are about to take a three car picture that I am sure will wind up on Rob's wall.
