Outstanding Customer Service I have frequently used online services to locate and price cars. While looking for a vehicle to replace my totaled car I did an online inquiry to Sand I have frequently used online services to locate and price cars. While looking for a vehicle to replace my totaled car I did an online inquiry to Sandy Sansing and was contacted by Rob Sansonia. Rob was very helpful in keeping me updated on what vehicles they had in stock that I might be interested in, even messaging me late one day to let me know about a new car they got in that matched my specs. I had a very limited window of time to come test drive anything and on a last minute decision called Rob at 8:00 am and told him I was headed into the Mazda dealership if he could meet me there. Then I called the dealership and let them know I was on my way (spoke to both the receptionist and the sales manager who were wonderful too), literally in about 15 minutes. The sales manager was there and got the car ready for me and Rob met me as I was getting in the car to drive it. I did a quick test drive, told them I'd have to let them know and needed some specs. Rob quickly showed me another vehicle that they had just gotten in before I left and emailed me specs within the hour after I left. While I ultimately chose another vehicle that was an exact match for what I wanted. I will not hesitate to use Sandy Sansing and Rob Sansonia again and most likely will take a closer look at the same make and model of the one I test drove at Sandy Sansing for my next vehicle.
