We pulled into the lot where we were met by Ron Maxwell and what a great experience it was from there, more like times gone by when the sale associates believed in customer service. Something not often found in today's society. We had reduce our selection to 4 vehicles and Maxwell brought each of them to the showroom, parking it under a tent to look over and test drive.. The selection was tough because all the vehicles were top of the line but we got the one we wanted. With Joel Bender, the Finance Manger, the sales paperwork went smoothly using the unique electronic desk top to sign the documents, a new experience for us. We left with our new truck and really felt part of the Sandy Sansing Family. We will be returning in several months to pick out a new 2017 Mazda, and are looking forward to the experience. Reassurance and Sales with a smile. My wife and I had been shopping around for a CX-5 for 4 months, knowing that is the car we were going to get. We talked to a dealer in our hometown and had a less than favorable experience with their sales management. However, I reached out to Ronald Maxwell at Sandy Sansing (55 min drive for us), giving another Mazda dealership a chance to redeem the brand and they did so with flying colors. Maxwell and Randy both reassured us that our sour experience we had in our home town would not be repeated. We explained to them what we wanted, the tech packages we wanted (they talked us into i-activesense, which I am thankful for) and they got everything done in a timely fashion. They were both extremely helpful and courteous and got us the car we've wanted for 4 months. We were out the door in 4.5 hours with a new car and extremely grateful for the buying/sales experience we encountered with Maxwell, Randy and the Sandy Sansing team. They more than made up for the poor experience we had with another dealer. Thank you. More
