I'm giving this experience 5 stars because that's how it made me feel from start to finish. My husband and I saw a deal on a used Prius at the dealership and made an inquiry through Autotrader.com. Rob scheduled a time to meet us and sure enough he met us at the parking lot. The Prius was ready for us when we arrived. The interior was clean and the exterior was washed recently. They even had the Carfax ready for us when we jumped in the car. Another Sales associate, John Nowak, came with us for the test drive and was knowledgeable and was able to answer most questions we had on the car. They sat down with us and we were able to negotiate a pretty good offer. My husband and I were still at the beginning of our search for the right deal, so we decided to keep looking. A few days later, five other dealers/ deals later, and an open communication line with Rob allowed us to make the best decision possible. We came back Labor Day first thing in the morning to talk final numbers and sign on the dotted line. It was a relief to have the search over, but Rob Sansonia made it effortless. Thank you!
