He arranged our trade-in, had all the paperwork ready, with both trade and sale completed in less than an hour. He reviewed all of the new features of my new CX-9 (I traded in a 2018 CX-9), he even found all the pre-sets from my 2018 and put set them up in the new one. DeMarcus has sent 3 personal video's with information about the new vehicle, helped set up my phone app to learn about my new ride and made follow up phone calls.
