Do not believe the salesman states leave us a great review and we will fill up your tank? Should’ve this been done upon purchase? As well as if you’re brand new 2026 was sitting in there dealership par review and we will fill up your tank? Should’ve this been done upon purchase? As well as if you’re brand new 2026 was sitting in there dealership parking lot for 5 + days and they tell you they didn’t have time to detail it but if you drive it 40 + miles to dealership they will then fill tank up and detail (lies). As well as if you requested a license plate transfer minutes before final documents are emailed because J.L. States that the dealership has access to DMV or county tax collectors office to get plate number to be transferred from previous auto yet to find out almost a month later they charged you for a new license plate and after initial contact aka salesman Roger will not answer text or call and hours later has still not made contact. More
My wife and I was very please with the attention, help and service we received from Service Advisor Mr. Ryan Dismang. Sales was a great experience. Our service on our Silverado recall - not so much! From calling us to set up the appointment- one hour from our home - and arriving to be told, “oh, Our service on our Silverado recall - not so much! From calling us to set up the appointment- one hour from our home - and arriving to be told, “oh, we can do the inspection but don’t have the new oil cap in.” Then we were told it would take 2-3 hours. We drove a separate car to be able to wait out the time by running errands and having breakfast. Dropped off the truck at 10:30 am. At 2 pm, after wasting the entire afternoon, we were told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. We drove back the next day (one silver lining they were able to get the cap). Service agent handed us the paperwork and said everything was complete, no engine issue. He explained NOTHING else. My husband has since done more research on his own, to discover GM has continued to have issues with Silverado engines and there is a need to “dive deeper.” Also, because of the recall, we are to receive an extended warranty of 10 years and 150,000 miles. All would have been nice to know. Horrible communication from Sansing service. More
