Horrible Experience purchasing, and servicing the purchase. Not once did management call. But I am Guilty of Signing the “We Owe” document. Thou I objected to sign during Finance, and was assured ite purchase. Not once did management call. But I am Guilty of Signing the “We Owe” document. Thou I objected to sign during Finance, and was assured items would get fixed. $37,500 for a Used Truck with 3 issues is wrong. KBB has same vehicle at $33,500 with the issues. Salesman; Michael Williams had me waiting for Finance almost 3 hours. Yes, dealership did fix 1 of the 3 issues. But both Mr Williams, Mr Pierce, knew issues. Currently, Sandy Sansing has asked I not come for Service or Repairs to their Dealership. Guess those letters of Welcome to the Family were a FRAUD. More

Came by to get warranty package on a used vehicle I had purchased some months ago. Working with Cain Pierce at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet Milton He noted I had purchased one when I bought the vehicle. I'm and old man, 92 years young, and not the best at remembering things. He reviewed what I had and printed out the package for me. He did a great job, as did the lady where I first checked in. I cannot say enough about how the customer service and sales were top notch! I felt like I was the important one....not just another sale. Gary Vaughn went ABOVE and BEYOND what I could have asked for. sales were top notch! I felt like I was the important one....not just another sale.
