My 2024 Colorado truck was towed to S Sansing Chevy because my battery was so dead it could not be charged and hold a charge. This was the 4th time the truck - purchased at S Sansing was in for the sa because my battery was so dead it could not be charged and hold a charge. This was the 4th time the truck - purchased at S Sansing was in for the same issue. After I left the truck parked in the customer vehicle section and the keys went to service because they needed to get information out of the truck. After 10 days was told my truck was ready - the battery had a dead cell. When I picked up the truck I noticed that the glove box and console were open. Upon further examination, the truck had been robbed. I lost about 200$ worth of electronics and my registration and insurance information was also removed. Apparently one cannot assume that vehicles will be locked and the garage takes no responsibility for the theft. More

We made the BIGGEST mistake of using Sandy Sansing Milton for extended warranty repairs to our Chevy truck. Sara and Robbie the service manager was a joke in the service department. They said they have the r for extended warranty repairs to our Chevy truck. Sara and Robbie the service manager was a joke in the service department. They said they have the right to charge any amount for labor and parts if you don't have a warranty from them. This is the worst customer service practice that any customer should every experience. I would not this recommend dealer to anyone. Price GOUGING is against the law. More

Riley at the Milton location was so helpful in bringing our auto from another location and took great patience with working the deal we were looking for on the auto we wanted.
