Replacement took a long time. I planned on selling my car as soon as it was complete but the delays cost me $400 when I had to renew my appraisal. I scheduled my routine maintenance through the Chevy app on my phone. There have been problems with this in the past, but I put in a review online and the developers did a lot of work to get it fixed. Then on my phone. Then when I made all of the arrangements on my end to be at my appointment on time, I was told that my appointment was actually at 10:00 AM and not 3:00 PM. When I told the person that was not actually the case, she argued with me. The argument part is what upset me as I had a text message and confirmation email. When I got to the dealership, I was pretty *hot.*. Ryan was my service agent. He and I have worked together before and I really appreciate how straight-forward he is. Ryan not only made sure I could still get my routine maintenance done in a timely fashion, he saw to a prior mistake being corrected - at the Dealership's expense - AND gave me solutions for the future when I make an online appointment and need to confirm. By the time I left the dealership I was much happier and I apologized to the young lady for having been upset and probably rude earlier. I bought my car from this dealership brand new and they are the only ones to have done service on the vehicle minus the purchase and replacement of tires. It can be pricy, but they do tend to do their best to rectify problems they play a part in. I appreciate that part the most. Ryan and Sonya are great service agents!! More
