The two issues I have is that when they tell you about the survey the also say anything less than perfect is pretty much unacceptable, it’s like they are telling you to give them a perfect score (I don’t like being told what to do or say). The second issue is that the technician who preformed the service left oil drops (at least a dozen) on the top and running down the side of the plastic intake cover. That’s only what was visible, I’m sure that there was more oil splattered in the engine bay then what was visible on the cover. This is a truck with less than 5,000 miles and I believe that was just sloppy work. More
Sandy sanding sold me a car telling me it had a 5 point inspection and that it came in over the normal rating then in 10 days I had to put 5 quarts of oil in it so I bring it back they said there mechanic inspection and that it came in over the normal rating then in 10 days I had to put 5 quarts of oil in it so I bring it back they said there mechanic was gonna look at it so they did and then 2 hrs later my salesman comes and gets me and says there is a whole laundry list of things wrong with it so we’re gonna buy it back from you and put you in something else so they send me home in it tell me to come back Monday so they had time to find something that would fit my family because I’m a single mom of 8 so Monday I go back up they tried to give me less than what I owe my finance company for the vehicle then my dad goes and gets the big boss and he comes down and says the salesman miss spoke he ment trade me out either way they had nothing to put me into mind you it’s Monday and I still haven’t actually been told what is wrong with the vehicle so finally at 6:50 pm after sitting there for more than 6hrs they finally tell me it’s the rear main seal and they will take $500 off the bill if I get the work done there, at that paying I couldn’t trust it was just the rear main seal because originally I was told it was a whole Laundry list of things wrong with it so I left took it to a mechanic and come to find out it’s the rear main seal , front seal, oil pan gasket , and oil plug , and sway bar links have no padding so now I have to pay 3,000 to have the car fixed and they did nothing but screw me around stay away from them More
