Jeb showed us the truck we wanted. It is beautiful and he clearly accentuated the benefits over other trucks. We worked out the price and then he handed us over to Marla. Brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not the greatest in customer service or how the lube technicians work. When I first came into the service bay, one of the service writers had an unwe Not the greatest in customer service or how the lube technicians work. When I first came into the service bay, one of the service writers had an unwelcoming attitude. Then he proceeded to let me wait outside for 15-20 minutes when there was other available service writers. When the lube techs brought in my vehicle around back, it sat in the lift ( the hood was not even open )for a soild 20-30mins or so minutes. Meanwhile, the lube techs were either walking very slowly, on there phone, sitting down, vaping, or taking way longer then it should to put a car on a lift. When the worker finally started working on my car, they were dragging xxx the whole time, on there phone changing music, or vaping. They did not even preform a proper multi point inspection, and when I asked them is there anything else I should be concerned about on my car, they said no. I ended up finding a massive nail in my front right tire, sway bar links absolutely needed to be replaced. These very obvious things being missed, is quite concerning to me and to your other customers. It makes me think, what else was missed? I absolutely do not trust the multi point inspection. Furthermore, they did not torque down my tires properly. When I went to ask the person that was working on it, they simply stated that “there gun does it for them”. What it actually does, is it either over torques the lugs very well could possibly snap the studs, or under torque the lugs and my tires could possibly come off the rotor mid drive. Lastly, when I finally got back into my car, there was oil prints on my steering wheel and center console. I had to detail my car again, which came out of my own pocket. Lastly, they did not properly reset my TPMS sensors. I had to reset them on my own. In conclusion, very disappointed with the service of the technician and the service writers. I will definitely not come back and I will not recommend Sandy Sansing Chevrolet to anybody that needs work done on there car. More
