Worked with Sandy and Bubba’s Milton Chevrolet over a few weeks. Initially planned on just selling them my vehicle in order to purchase another. After first talking with them we just weren’t at the same poin weeks. Initially planned on just selling them my vehicle in order to purchase another. After first talking with them we just weren’t at the same point on the value of my vehicle. After more research on what I could reasonably get for my vehicle and them offering an additional $1,250 for my trade in for a vehicle they had in stock that suited my needs I decided to move forward with them. Initially I was very happy with the deal until it came down to signing and paying. Turns out the vehicle I was purchasing had only one key FOB and they would not budge on getting me another and the vehicle had less than a quarter of tank of fuel when I drove it off the lot, again they would not budge on filling it up. I’ve purchased more vehicles from dealerships in a relatively short period than I’d care to admit and this is the first time I’ve ever driven off the lot without being at least close to full on fuel. Not sure how much I can really complain since I still agreed to the trade but the last two details left me with a bit of a sour taste in regards to their customer service and came off as cheap. The deal I got on the trade seemed about average so I really didn’t think I’d be asking too much from them to at least fill the tank for what would’ve been about $60. Doing so would’ve resulted in me leaving with a bit better view on this company’s reputation and care for customer service. If they had given me a full tank, my review would’ve been 4 out of 5 stars without hesitation and if they had been willing to get another key fob 5 out of 5 would’ve been easy. Had either of those two things been addressed differently I would be glad to recommend my friends and family to go there first before anywhere else for a new vehicle. Again, I did still purchase the vehicle so those two instances weren’t enough to make me walk away at that point since I had spent a decent amount of my time and energy with this dealer. More

I was visiting Pensacola Beach for a week and had problems with my 2015 Diesel DEF. I stopped in on a Saturday and spoke to service writer Chris and diesel technician Brice. They were very helpful explaining what it might be and asked me to bring it in on Monday because it was close to closing time. I checked out of our Condo on Monday ready to head home and truck was still acting up.So I went to Sandy and Bubbas Chevrolet in Milton Florida to get it checked out. Service writer Chris was busy so Jay the service manager helped me out. Between he and Chris and the technician JC, they took great care of us. We spent about 7 hours at the dealership but they had parts in stock and had us back on the road by evening time. It was a big job but they steadily worked on it so we wouldn’t have to get a room and spend a night. Jay, Chris, and JC the tech kept communicating and kept us in the loop during the whole process. The customer service is outstanding and believe me, you can’t go wrong with these guys. They bring back the true meaning of customer service. They are a great team in the service department. Thanks again for getting the wife and I home. I strongly recommend this dealership for your automotive needs. (5 Stars) More

From the start the process couldn’t have went any better. Salesman and used car salesman were great. But after the deal salesman wouldn’t return text or answer phone. And when he did call back he would just lie and say he’d get right back with me, never heard anything. Vehicle was still in there possession because it had a recall and they needed to do a couple other things as well. Was told I’d pick the vehicle up on Monday, as of late Monday evening hadn’t heard from salesman. Ended up having to go to dealer on Tuesday morning to find out what was going on because salesman sure hasn’t let me know anything. Long story short finally picked it up on Wednesday morning. And was still left in the dark by the salesman. Guess that’s why they’re called “salesmen.” They “just” do the sale and nothing else, More
