Dropped vehicle off on a Sunday using the drop box key and envelope. The next morning, I called the dealership to discuss the issue. A broken water pump. I listed it as the problem. Sonja fielded the call, we discussed some warranty information and were trying to track down a number to call for the warranty to which she stated she would call us back later in the afternoon with more info. It took an additional two days, the following Wednesday, for her to call back. Then she advised they did not have the part in stock. How in the world can she take 3 days to identify if you have the part in stock or not? It gets worse, instead of reaching out, it took until Friday to confirm if we wanted a stock OEM water pump or a aftermarket water pump so she can order the part. It is Friday and it has been on Sandy Sansing lot since the Sunday before and we just now ordered the part needed. How can it take a week to locate the part to order? Just to order. I got a text the part came in. It took an additional 3 more days before the vehicle would get serviced. The amount of phone calls back and forth with Sonja was the worse part of the experience. She would always tell us how she is going to look into the part and call back, look into the order and call back, look into the warranty and call back, call us when the part came in, even claiming she would call us and update us when the vehicle would get serviced. Not one phone call from her to update us about anything. We had to call and track her down every time. It was the absolute worse experience we have ever had at your dealership. The vehicle was in the shop for 10 days and nothing got done until my wife called and spoke to a manager as to why her vehicle was constantly ignored and dismissed. Absolute failure on your part and even worse customer service provided to us. Then it took a tech all of 3 hours to complete the job start to finish after 10 days just sitting in the lot with little word coming from the dealership to us. The battery terminal where the positive wire is connected was doubled up with another battery cable on the positive bus bar, after they unhooked it to service the vehicle, they lost the nut to hold the wire to the battery post so they doubled the wire on the nearest battery terminal post doubling the wires up. Best part, it was only finger tightened, so after a trip to my sons football game the following Saturday, the vehicle would not start due to the battery cable being to loose from being doubled up on the terminal post with the nut only finger tightened, so the vehicle lost all power, and would not even start with a jump.
