Goal was to trade in a 2023 Traverse Premier when we showed up. Walked in 30 minutes prior to closing on a Friday and met Josh. WHAT A GUY! Would never have known it was his first time selling a car. Jo showed up. Walked in 30 minutes prior to closing on a Friday and met Josh. WHAT A GUY! Would never have known it was his first time selling a car. Josh took the time to educate us on the different trims available for the new 2026 Traverse. He was patient and knowledgeable the whole way. Because I’ve missed details doing deals at night, we came back the next morning for a test drive. Well…a couple hours later we walked out with a new 2026 Traverse High Country. Couldn’t be happier with the experience Josh provided and assistance from the other team members who assisted. Shout out to Gator who provided invaluable leadership for Josh. Will definitely be back for the next set of wheels when the time comes. More
