I felt as if I was being jerked around the whole time I was dealing with purchasing a vehicle here. First I was told my approval odds were good for my price range, but came to find out that a vehicle that was dealing with purchasing a vehicle here. First I was told my approval odds were good for my price range, but came to find out that a vehicle that would’ve been perfect for me was something I couldn’t qualify for (after it was shown to me). I told my salesman my down payment budget and when I came to meet him in person, it had increased by $1,000 with no forewarning before I spent gas driving to the dealership. On top of that, it took over 2 days to get my income verified. When I was finally about to complete my purchase, I was told at the last second that there was a “mistake” with my financing terms and that I would be paying $130 more per month than what I originally agreed to. I had to go through with the purchase because of urgent circumstances but if I had the time, I definitely would’ve gone elsewhere. More

Wasn't going to waste my time but you asked. Got my oil changed last week, end of day appt at 330. Had to wash my Tahoe when I got home because it was driven through orange dirt before it was Got my oil changed last week, end of day appt at 330. My freshly cleaned tires were caked in orange dirt and the body was covered in orange dust. I noticed as I left the dealership that outside the back of the shop is a dirt driveway that I assume the techs run every car through after service? Thankfully it was not a rainy day and it wasnt orange mud. Never seen a professional dealership that takes vehicles off road during service. Popped the hood when I got home to check my fluids, washer fluid was empty, I poured an entire gallon of fluid in it. The oil change service was unusually quick which makes me wonder if anything was checked appropriately or if my tires were even rotated? Not my first time getting serviced here, but definitely the worst. The service rep that helped me was great, no issues. More
