Sandy Sansing Chevrolet in Milton, FL, and GM have convinced me to never purchase another GM vehicle. I have been driving GM vehicles for 52 years but my recent experience with this dealerships servic convinced me to never purchase another GM vehicle. I have been driving GM vehicles for 52 years but my recent experience with this dealerships service department has put an end to that loyalty. The Service Representative was the only person that understood customer service. We initially brought our truck in for service in early January of 2022. The dealership replaced a electronic control module that controlled the ABS. Months later, while still under the parts warranty, I had to bring the truck back in for the same issue. Again, they replaced the part and said the one they replaced was faulty. Another 11 months went by and the same issue resurfaced. This time, the technician said that there was another ECM that was causing the "faulty" ECM to fail. However, that part was no longer made by GM and no after market replacement was available. I was told that the parts department would search for a NOS part or a used part if a new one couldn't be located. After almost a year of waiting, following up on sourcing the part, and sending them possible candidate parts, I finally found one on ebay. I purchased the part and had them replace it. Then they had the gall to charge me for the installation. I am done with General Motors vehicles. More

I have an uneasy feeling when I’m at sandy sansing Milton. I always wonder if I’m being cheated, ripped off, or swindled. The staff does not seem to enjoy working there. It makes me wonder if I’m getting what I paid for, or if they did the work properly, or if they even did the work at all, or if the technician did something to trick me into spending more money. People just go through the motions to get through the day. Nobody wants to be there. However, Sonya Stangeland made me feel welcome, wanted, and appreciated as a customer. She smiled. She made eye contact. She welcomed me. She addressed my needs and processed the transaction quickly, efficiently, respectfully, and cordially. I was impressed with how this service call went. My time was respected on this day. I was there less than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation, even though I question whether the work was actually done. More
