Service on my Infiniti G37 Coupe I visited Sanford Infiniti on March 9th, 2017 to have some service work completed on the above vehicle. I also purchased a three year extended warran I visited Sanford Infiniti on March 9th, 2017 to have some service work completed on the above vehicle. I also purchased a three year extended warranty whilst there. I was most impressed with the efficiency of Chad Carter (for the warranty) and Ken Bridwell (Service Department). My husband and I also appreciated Jonathan Berry who drove us to/from the local mall whilst we waited for the work to be completed on the car. He was extremely courteous and polite and dropped us right off where we needed to be to get our breakfast. He explained the differences, let me test drive/play with each vehicle without any pressure. The QX30 being a new entry to Infiniti's line-up, there were questions I had and he made sure I had an answer any time of the day. Robert in the sales department and Steve in finance made the interaction even that much better. This is an excellent dealership and you shouldn't think twice about visiting them if you're looking for a new vehicle because they have something for you, period. More
