Top notch service! My wife and I stopped in to browse at the qx80's. They never pressured us and allowed us time to inspect the vehicles and to speak freely with one another. Once we decided that we wanted further information we stepped inside. We requested one of the sales men (Christian) who had offered his assistance early on. He invited us into his office. Within 20 minutes he was able to provide us with the lease options, purchase options and our trade in value. My wife and I decided that we would think about it over night. That evening we decided that we wished to pursue the lease option and text our sales rep. Christian immediately responded that he would take care of everything for us. We made arrangements for the following day to come in and sign the papers but had limited time due to a super bowl party at our house. I arrived at the dealership at 2:05pm and we left the dealership with a fully detailed QX80 at 3:00pm. Within an hour we did all of the paper work and we were ready to go. Everything that they told me verbally was honored. No games or any inclination of foolery were present. By far the best and easiest experience we have ever had! We will be long time customers from this point forward. More
