Our sales representative, Christian Bardsley, treated me and my husband with limitless patience and respect as he helped us with our new QX60 purchase decision. It took us five visits to the dealership, and three test drives, before we made a decision. Through it all, Christian was always friendly, gracious and so willing to help however he could. In fact, he went above and beyond when I emailed him with questions on gas mileage. To answer my questions accurately, Christian personally drove a QX60 in the city and on the highway and then reported the results back to me. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle, and after the purchase, he spent about 30 minutes just walking through all the screens and features until I felt comfortable. We also had a great experience with Manager Chris Wilson, who welcomed us in when we inadvertently arrived after hours and allowed us to ponder our decision a little further. In addition, Damian Castillo was very kind and helpful as we went through the financing process. In my past experience, car buying was always a stressful experience where I felt like a rabbit trying to out maneuver the circling wolves. The Sanford Infinity experience certainly was not that! Everyone we met was a true professional, and I look forward to see all of them again at my service visits! More
