Firstly, I was buying the car from out of state (from NC) and it’s already hard enough trying to figure things out while not being able to see the car in person. Over the phone he answered every question I had and not in a sales pitchy way. I then had a family member go look at the car, but they got to the dealership later than expected. Nevertheless Khanh stayed there even after the dealership had closed and had the car up front ready! Couple of days later I flew in, Khanh picked us up from the airport drove us around for 2-3 hours (get the certified check from the bank, and so on), once we got to the dealership he made everything sooo easy.
