Good morning RockBowen, I want to start off firstly by apologizing for the experience you had with us. While we did have IT issues on this day, it was by no means the reason behind the improper follow up. I have counseled the relevant parties on the error of their ways and I believe this experience will be a great reminder for what we never want to have happen again. Excellence is established by implementing the proper steps based on feedback, both positive and negative. We have also counseled the technician who misstated the need for an air filter replacement. Photographs/videos are supposed to accompany the recommended items on the MPI and it was not done so in this case. The technician in question is a new hire for us and he will be given the necessary training to avoid this going forward. If you ever need anything in the future, I am here to assist in any way I can.
