Jordan who i meet a month ago and we had a very great conversation about financing and leasing vehicles and his words of experience was so great and wonderful. So on October 26th. I came in to Infiniti to service my car and i met with Robert again and we started to discuss about trading in my car and that’s when i was introduced to Tyrone Brown and i was told he is the best sales rep, so I decided to go out and started to look for a car and i was assisted by Ty and his words of experience was good advice, so I decided to go with the leasing process and these two guys work so hard to get me the best deal and they even help me save some money and also from making a big mistake from getting a car with Nissan...... So i am recommending these two guys to be recommended for the great work of excellents....... I am very pleased and happy with my decision...... More

He was so impressed with the young lady who greeted him and showed him the QX 50 that he wanted me to go look at it right away! She was so delightful and patient and did not give up until she had us on paper, LOL. She immediately set up a follow up visit to come to my home to walk me through my vehicle’s technology. I have been driving Infiniti’s for the past 20 years and never knew half the things she taught me about my car… Amazing experience! Thank you Arianna Pemberton 😊 More

Sanford and Daytona worked together to make sure repairs were done right and ASAP! I had a screw in my tire, and losing pressure,pulled into first tire place I came across. They couldn't help me called Arianne who had sold us the car a year earlier. She found the nearest dealership to me. Texted me their address, then she called them to let them know I was coming. They got me right in. Kept me updated. Short wait, car was even cleaned inside and out. A shout out to Arianne Pemberton, for a great car buying experience, who knew you could actually enjoy the process. More
Worst service department ever!! If I could give 0 stars to this service center I would. Do NOT bring your car here for service!! I have had my Infiniti in this service center twice a If I could give 0 stars to this service center I would. Do NOT bring your car here for service!! I have had my Infiniti in this service center twice and neither time have they been able to find anything wrong with my car despite it not starting and check engine light being on. They told me to have my battery replaced, then told me to have it replaced again even though all lights and navigation screen were illuminating. Car still not starting after replacing battery. Took it to Daytona dealership and they had my issue diagnosed within an hour. I would not recommend this service center to any Infiniti owners as they cannot even diagnose their own vehicles and at this point I probably would not even buy another Infiniti at this point after dealing with this service center!! More

I cannot say enough great things about my Salesperson Arianne and the used car Manager Will. From the moment I walked into the dealership to after the deal was finalized Arianne was attentive, patient, dedicated and just an overall pleasure to do business with. After purchasing the car Will came out and addressed all of our concerns and was also extremely patient, thorough, and also just a pleasure to do business with. Keon in service was also awesome, even though my car wasn't scheduled , he took a look at it and was very courteous to call and let us know that it was nothing.Even though I am an hour and a half away , I will definitely be making the drive there to get my car serviced, and if I am ever in need for a new vehicle in the future Sanford Infiniti will definitely be where I do my business. Service on my Infiniti G37 Coupe I visited Sanford Infiniti on March 9th, 2017 to have some service work completed on the above vehicle. I also purchased a three year extended warran I visited Sanford Infiniti on March 9th, 2017 to have some service work completed on the above vehicle. I also purchased a three year extended warranty whilst there. I was most impressed with the efficiency of Chad Carter (for the warranty) and Ken Bridwell (Service Department). My husband and I also appreciated Jonathan Berry who drove us to/from the local mall whilst we waited for the work to be completed on the car. He was extremely courteous and polite and dropped us right off where we needed to be to get our breakfast. Many thanks also to Sean O'Sullivan, General Manager of Sanford Infiniti, for personally organizing the service work and warranty ahead of our visit. Gwenda T. Overstreet More
