I reached out to the email address lbaustista@sansoneauto.com on February 14th. I ONLY received a response once I left reviews with several entities and filed complaints with the BBB and NJ Department of Consumer Affairs. On February 17th, I received an email from the Sales Manager Pat asking to call him. When I returned his call, he said he had no idea what the problem was, only that he was "told to call". He further said that my phone number is a non-working number. I disputed that to which he responded "well, I don't know...". I summarized the situation to him and was told to call him back "5 minutes later". When I did call (after 20 mins), he did not answer the call. In the interim, he passed my phone number to Shihad, of Finance who called me and immediately said that the service contract was canceled the day I called and a check was sent to Stellantis. I informed him that I had spoke with Stellantis earlier and they confirmed that they did not receive any payment from any entity in the amount of $825. Shihad explained that it takes 3 to 4 weeks for them to process payments; we are now approaching SIX weeks from my initial call on January 9th. I asked to be transferred to manager Pat who then told me that I "received an answer". When I pointed out the amount of time that had passed since Sansone claims to have "mailed a check" to Stellantis, he once again had no answer. I asked him to provide a copy of the check or other communication proving the payment to Stellantis. Pat said he would have to reach out to the accounting department and they would send it directly to my email. It is now a day later and I have yet to receive any further communication from Sansone with the exception of this response on DealerRater.
