I can say that my experience with Sansone, Chrysler, was one of the best experiences I have had doing business with an auto dealer. I cannot even begin to describe the rude and disrespectful treatment I received from her. After giving her my name, she had me sign for them, then plops down the plates, and walks away to her chair ( her Ipod was more important, I guess) and did not even say thank you, or anything else for that matter. I guess CUSTOMERS are worthless AFTER they buy from Sansone. Check you security cameras! When I bought my vehicle last Monday my salesman Peter, was pleasant, helpful and went out of his way in every way possible. I, in no way, hold him responsible for this shabby treatment. This woman contacted me that my plates were in but to my understanding, she should of notified him as well , because I, know Peter would have went the extra mile to make sure the customer came first. I would have thought she would have let him know, but again I guess her music was more important then customer service or her job. I can only hope the incompetence does not, in anyway, effect my service at Sansone in the future. I will say, a salesman who was helping a woman two parking spaces over, after hearing me state loudly how I was mistreated, offered to help. I was SO upset, I walked back in and asked the woman at Jeep customer service for a screw driver. She placed one down and stated “ Here but it is broke on one end and I’m not sure if it will work“. Hint: lack of customer appreciation or concern. As for the salesman who offered , I thanked him and told him it was not his fault, which it was not . I never did get assistance with my plates, they are under my front seat. As I said in the parking lot in front of customers my displeasure, that I am too upset and left. Maybe they too received a taste of what I experienced from your customer service. Again, for the record, my salesman was a kind helpful gentleman. I still have yet to hear from anyone from management as of this writing. I wrote to Sansone in May, today is June 17, 2012 and still nothing. To show you how messed up they are, I received a free oil change coupon earlier this month good till 07/07/2012??? Hello I just bought my JEEP on May 14, 2012. Anyhow when I called there the girl that finally picked up the phone tells me well they should accept my coupon after the fact I explain I just bought my jeep and according to the schedule maintenance book 6 months or 8,000 miles which ever comes first. PS YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOUILD HOLD MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTABLE FOR HOW MANY MANY VEHICLES ARE UNLOCKED WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED. WHAT LAME SECURITY AS WELL. THE GUARD SITS THERE DOING NOTHING ABOUT PEOPLE GOING INTO VEHICLES WHEN THE DEALERSHIP IS CLOSED. CHECK YOUR CAMERAS LOL. Funny, I still get some sales person I callig me to buy from them. This place sucks they will feed you anything you want to hear to get your deposit. Guess what happens once they get your deposit. Rob was great and even when they didn't have the perfect Jeep for me on the lot, he called around and found the exact one I was looking for. He was always giving me updates on the progress of my car and nev Jeep for me on the lot, he called around and found the exact one I was looking for. Roger was extremely polite,helpful and great to work with!! He always kept me up to date on what was happening...since the car was being located.Everyone was easy to work with and more then wiling to gi with!! The only reason I gave a good rating for quality of work is because it looks like the front bumper where the license plate attaches had to have holes drilled to place the plate on it. I have not received my plates yet but I can see the holes are not placed in the correct spot to attach the plate. Makes me a little upset because now I have holes in the bumper that may not even be used. We will see when I get my plates. More

My husband John listens to 104.3 and the commercial made us come! I don't know why people buy elsewhere the commercial always says so we talked it over and decided to find out. We came and got the best sales person in the whole place his name is Roger Alston. He was kind, friendly and very helpful with us to make a big decision when we were both unsure of what we wanted. Roger took his time and explained each option which would work in our best interest. It took us overnight to make a big decision but because of Roger and following up the next morning and really caring about our needs and he was so polite and not pushy we decided to come back and talk one last time. After meeting with Roger again and Dean working with us also we came in with our Chrysler 300 limited 2005 which I loved and took great care of and left with a Chrysler 300 C 2011 and was the happiest family. We also met at the end the greatest Business Manager Mike P and he explained everything and answered all our questions. Even though it was the end of a long day for both Roger and Mike they were on top of there game! We would just like to say to you both Thank You for all your hard work!!!!!!
