Once you leave the lot, if you have any issues with the vehicle, it is very difficult to get an answer or even a return phone call. And while I love the Jeep, after getting it home I noticed several cosmetic issues. I called trying to find out if this was something that the dealer would take care of of if I had to address it on my own. I WASNT EVEN ASKING FOR THEM TO PICK UP THE TAB - JUST SOME DIRECTION.
