I have to give both my sales representative Bryan Jovel and Sansone as a whole credit for completely changing my opinion of the Sansone Rt1 dealership. My last experience there while looking at buying a Ni and Sansone as a whole credit for completely changing my opinion of the Sansone Rt1 dealership. My last experience there while looking at buying a Nissan Xterra back in @2000 was so disappointing I actually walked out and purchased at a dealership 45 minutes away. I decided to give it another shot at Sansone Rt1, after researching the Jeep Compass and Patriot on line and seeing they had vehicles that fit what I was looking for. Bryan was extremely helpful, patient, informative, and not pushy ( which is a huge deterrent when I am shopping for anything, let alone a large purchase like a vehicle). The finance department, and all those involved made this a very satisfying and pleasant experience that I will be sure to recommend to others. More

As this was my first day car shopping I was a bit anxious as you may hear many horror stories. Vernon though put me at ease in my purchase, worked out a great price for me, and made me laugh with a big sign stating " This car was prepared especially for Kristina"! A friend who just bought a 2008 Magnum from Sansone's recommended I go there to look for a car. My car was over 17 years old and I needed better transportation. So, I took a chance and went to the Deal recommended I go there to look for a car. My car was over 17 years old and I needed better transportation. So, I took a chance and went to the Dealership where I was introduced to Hassan, the sales person who sold my friend the Magnum. I told Hassan what I was looking for in a used car. It had to have low mileage and be in good condition for a woman driver. Hassan took me on the lot and we looked at the used cars but none hit me until I saw the Buick. It was a 2004, silver in color, good price and had low mileage. Just what I was looking for. I took the car home that evening but there seemed to be some problems with it. The air conditioner didn't work all of a sudden, the cruise control light on the dashboard went on and we couldn't shut it off and a fog light was out on the front end of the car. Well, Hassan asked that I bring back the car and they would fix it and much to my surprise they did! After a few hours at the showroom, my car was finished. my air conditioner worked perfectly, the cruise control light was out and the fog lamp was lit. I also enjoyed a dew hours with Hassan in the showroom and saw how busy the sales people were all day and how Hassan set up my files. He was also kind enough to get me pizza and coffee. Hassan was a real gentlman and professional during this entire day at Sansone. My sincere thanks and congratulations for a job well-done by the staff of Sansone's Auto Mall! Thank you again. More
