However, we were waiting to speak with our Salesman (whom we had met on a previous visit)because he was with other customers, expected it was busy. I have been dealing with Sansone since 2001 and have purchased 4 cars from them. I have to admit that I have always shied away from Dealer Service Centers due to the bad rap they have gotten in the purchased 4 cars from them. I have to admit that I have always shied away from Dealer Service Centers due to the bad rap they have gotten in the past. Well Pat Ehrhart and his team members Lou and Jay are the exception to this as they have gone out of their way to give me exceptional service for all my vehicles in the past 9 years and at competitive prices. In addition they came thru for me big time as I had an emergency situation and had to have my Sonata towed into the their shop. I needed the car for an important business meeting the next day, I called Pat and he told me to bring the car in and by 3pm the car was ready to go no nonsense no appointment just great customer service. In closing let me say that I can’t speak for all dealers however Pat Ehrhart and his team are and asset to Sansone and they certainly raise the bar when it comes to Dealer Service Centers.
