I would not recommend. I brought my Tuscon here to have the 3 current recalls fixed (2 from class action lawsuits for faulty parts). After 3 weeks my car was finally finish I brought my Tuscon here to have the 3 current recalls fixed (2 from class action lawsuits for faulty parts). After 3 weeks my car was finally finished and when I got there to pick it up they tried to charge me to "diagnose' other issues. Umm I don't think so! They gave me the keys and told me it was "over there" while gesturing at a far back parking lot. After driving around 3 parking lots twice we still could not find the car. Went back in and they insisted that we "just missed it." After they STILL could not find my car after 30 minutes they "remembered" it was in the garage? Brought my car to a real mechanic (call Brian @ Edison American Auto Repair) and he fixed additional issues for less than half of quoted price from Sansone. I felt like I was playing second fiddle to other customers since the repairs to my vehicle were not making them money. On the whole owning a Hyundai has been the worst experience and the mechanics at Sansone told me "off the record" that they were made poorly and would not purchase Hyundai vehicles. More
