I have been to few dealerships, however, my experience with Shadi was different. I didn't feel pressured into anything like the typical pushy salesman would make you feel. Ben overall was a great sales consultant. This was my first time purchasing/leasing a car so I was very anxious about the process. I really like being able to communicate by email, and the response time is almost immediate! I never seem to have wait for a long time when I need an appointment, they always find a way to get me in to th response time is almost immediate!
