We went to Sansone on a Saturday afternoon, and as we expected it was busy. However, we were waiting to speak with our Salesman (whom we had met on a previous visit)because he was with other customers, expected it was busy. I have been dealing with Sansone since 2001 and have purchased 4 cars from them. I have to admit that I have always shied away from Dealer Service Centers due to the bad rap they have gotten in the purchased 4 cars from them. Well Pat Ehrhart and his team members Lou and Jay are the exception to this as they have gone out of their way to give me exceptional service for all my vehicles in the past 9 years and at competitive prices. In addition they came thru for me big time as I had an emergency situation and had to have my Sonata towed into the their shop. I needed the car for an important business meeting the next day, I called Pat and he told me to bring the car in and by 3pm the car was ready to go no nonsense no appointment just great customer service. In closing let me say that I can’t speak for all dealers however Pat Ehrhart and his team are and asset to Sansone and they certainly raise the bar when it comes to Dealer Service Centers. Ben overall was a great sales consultant. This was my first time purchasing/leasing a car so I was very anxious about the process. I gave him the amount I wanted to put down and the monthly payment i co first time purchasing/leasing a car so I was very anxious about the process.
