Amazing staff specifically Salesman Randy R. Went over and beyond assisting me. I was in dire need for a vehicle. Two days prior my other car became inoperable. Came in with my grandsons and sister. He ma and beyond assisting me. I was in dire need for a vehicle. Two days prior my other car became inoperable. Came in with my grandsons and sister. He made me feel so reassured that he would find a car for my needs. He listened to my story of hardship. Very professional and so determined to help me. Was there quite awhile to the point he even offered to buy my young grandchildren dinner. Also a great sense of humor. I say all this to day it's people like Randy who loves to help people and enjoys what he does and great at it. Not always about the dollar. The respect he showed me was phenomenal to say the least. I'm one happy customer and drove away the same day with my new car. Kudos to you Randy. More

I had called this dealer to indicate my interest in pre-ordering a 2022 Nissan Ariya when the model goes on sale later this year. I received a return call from a sales associate asking me if I was " pre-ordering a 2022 Nissan Ariya when the model goes on sale later this year. I received a return call from a sales associate asking me if I was "still interested in a Nissan Altima". When I replied that I was not and attempted to explain why I had contacted them, I was rudely cut off. The sales associate expressed no interest in finding our why I had called and talked over me not allowing me to explain what I was interested in. Not a good introduction to a dealership for a potential new customer. More
