Steve texted me and kept me informed the entire way through the process. They did their best to figure out my problems and their advice was the exact thing I needed. I replaced the battery and found the ground was not tightened and the wires were able to slip off allowing for the circuit to be incomplete and therefore not able to start the car. Very satisfied.
