We came to Peruzzi to work with an actual dealership and talk to a real salesperson after a failed attempt at purchasing a similar vehicle with a popular online dealer. We initiated contact through Peruzzi Nissan's online chat function, which turned out to be a great way to start. It let us lay out our requirements up front, so the dealership understood our position before we ever walked in the door. Our salesperson, Chaz, greeted us warmly when we arrived and walked us through the vehicle and the test drive. We had specific requirements and Chaz took the time to understand what we needed and why we were focused on the vehicle that brought us there. Chaz arranged for it to be transported to our mechanic when we asked to have the car independently inspected before committing. That willingness said a lot about how the dealership operates. When we came back to go over the results, Chaz was with another customer. Instead of leaving us waiting, Matt stepped in and kept things moving seamlessly. Matt negotiated fairly with us and made sure the items our mechanic flagged as most important were addressed. He gave us a realistic timeline instead of over-promising to save a deal, which we very much appreciated. Chaz checked in later that day with an update, including the good news that the car would actually be ready sooner than expected. We completed the purchase the next morning without any issues and got to surprise our sons with their first car later that day. Seeing their reaction made the whole process even more worthwhile. Finding and buying a car can be a stressful process – Chaz made it a pleasant experience, with Matt and the rest of the team backing him up well. We'd recommend Peruzzi Nissan without hesitation.

Bill as a salesperson and Jeff as an online connection and finance person have introduced me to the Nissan Pathfinder. I am possibly interested in downsizing from a Silverado Crewcab to an SUV and both men have invested a lot of time in showing me the various models with a test drive. Financing exploration continues to be ongoing. Bill really made an effort to define the variety of Pathfinder models. He has a full understanding of this customer’s needs. I’d recommend Bill as an outstanding salesperson to negotiate with.

I previously left a critical review after a rough start with this dealership, slow communication and a vehicle inquiry that went nowhere for days. I want to update that now, because what happened next completely changed my experience. Sales Manager, Zack, reached out personally, took the time to understand what went wrong, and worked hard to make it right. He was transparent throughout the process, responsive to every question, and genuinely focused on getting me a deal I felt good about rather than just closing a sale. Sales Consultant, Charly was also a pleasure to work with throughout, pleasant, polite, and courteous the entire time, including the finance department, which made the whole experience that much better. I ended up buying a vehicle and left feeling fully satisfied with the price, the trade-in, and the financing. It's rare for a business to turn around a bad first impression this completely, and I appreciate that they took the feedback seriously and backed it up with real action. This dealership truly made the effort to make things right, and that says a lot. Highly recommend asking for Zack or Charly if you're shopping here.

I just leased my second Nissan Rogue at Pine Belt Nissan, and Vladiir Auvilmar was the very qualified, pleasant salesperson working with me. The entire experience was great - he explained everything to me, answered all my questions and I left with my 2025 Nissan Rogue feeling quite knowledgeable about all the new, improved features on the 2025 Rogue. I had a horrible experience with Alamo Finance in Texas regarding my cargo van financed through New Jersey Auto Lending, SJR Sansone JR 66 Nissan, Sansone JR’S Windsor Nissan. My vehicle was repossessed even though I was only 12 days past due on one payment. The situation was caused mainly because the dealership has failed to provide me with a permanent tag for almost 11 months an I still didn’t receive a tag. It was always an excuse why I didn’t have my permanent tags. Every month I’ve had to keep getting temporary tags and paying extra filing fees out my pocket to a company for business compliance called Gigsafe just to keep my work vehicle active and updated in their systems to keep it on the road, which caused delays in my income and payments every month. On top of that, the customer service was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Representatives talked to me any kind of way instead of trying to understand the situation or work out a solution. There was no compassion, no communication, and no willingness to help despite the ongoing tag issue not being my fault. I rely on my cargo van for work and supporting my family, and the way this was handled was completely unfair. I strongly disagree with recommending them to anyone that’s considering them for financing.

I purchased a used car from this dealership. With online shopping as popular as it is I thought buying from a new car dealer would be ok. I was wrong. The car was basically misrepresented. The cracked windshield and dent in the hood front were not disclosed and were conveniently not in any of the pictures I requested. Tire tread was misrepresented. A service brakes light was on which was not disclosed. Dealership did not even bother to replace worn windshield wipers. I had to request multiple times for the paperwork for the mandatory dealer adds of a warranty and theft deterrent. I would caution anyone thinking of purchasing from this dealership.
