As needed they have also supplied a loaner car while they try to fix the issue. I highly recommend, Lino and the entire service staff for diligently working to repair the problem. More

The vehicle was brought in for service on 12/14/21 and as of this date, 02/21/22, is still being repaired and sits in pieces in rear of the dealer's back lot. As a result of this inconvenience I went to another dealership and leased a new vehicle with them instead. Lack of parts is no excuse for poor communication. Customers should not have to hunt down your team to get the answers they deserve. Even your own sales department was ignorant as to the status of my vehicle as they called me to discuss extending my lease or buying the vehicle. My having to ground the lease was the result of my inability to turn the vehicle in at the dealership where I was getting my new vehicle. The car was in no condition for me to deliver it and at least the new dealership was providing me with solutions. Once you found out I was grounding the vehicle your sales managers would not take or return my calls. Regardless of supply chain logistics, your dealership handled us poorly and disrespectfully. That's what cost you our business More
