Financial dept. is living in the dark ages. I purchased a cadenza on 8/03. In the enthusiasm of the moment I also purchased an extended service contract which added $72.00 to my payment. When I purchased a cadenza on 8/03. In the enthusiasm of the moment I also purchased an extended service contract which added $72.00 to my payment. When I got home, I read the fine print and concluded that the extended c are contract wasn't worth the price. Luckily, the fine print also told me that I had 30 days to cancel. So, on 8/08 I cancelled the extended care contract (the financial manager never told me about the 30 day option) Here's the problem according to the financial mngr. The bank has already sent the money for the loan to the dealership. The $72.00 per mo.payment is rolled into the loan payments and that can't be changed. The dealership will notify the bank that the $72.00 is to be used to lower the principal. Seems OK to me! Here's the truth! The dealership has already received the total amount of the loan and they have to send back the money that was intended for the extra warrantee. About $5.000. Five weeks have passed and that hasn't been done. "WHY?," you ask. Me too. I have spent hours trying to find out where the $5,000.00 is and guess what, Everyone at Sansone is too busy to talk to me. Everyone except a lovely receptionist named Jessica. Noel has dodged four calls, John in accounting-no response to message. Same with Bernadette. Paul spoke to me and promised to call me back. If he does, I will let you know. Meantime Sansone owes me (or my bank) $5,569. My advice! stay away from the place. Don't give them money that you might want to get back Get answers to all your questions before you pay. More

We traded in our Lincoln MKZ for the Optima EX and the transition went very smooth! I would recommend this dealership! More
