One of the things I appreciate most is the personal service. They know me by name, they communicate with me, and they make the entire process as easy and convenient as possible. Most recently, I brought my car in to have the air conditioning repaired, and Julian took excellent care of me. Instead of having to sit around waiting, Sansone provided me with a Lyft home so I could go about my day and take care of my life while the work was being completed. Everything was handled smoothly and with ease. That level of customer care makes a difference. I feel confident bringing my car to Sansone Mazda because I know Julian and the team will take good care of both me and my vehicle.
