Ammir was my salesperson at Sansone Toyota and he was wonderful. He was very patient and accommodating as I wanted to test drive several vehicles. I really wish I could give 0 stars for this review. I brought my car in for a recall on an enigne bearing. Upon leaving, 5 minutes after, my check engine light comes on. Brought car to my mechanic this morning, turns out my engine had no oil in it. Everytime I do anything with Sansone, it always turns out horrifying. Tried to sell me a battery that I replaced less than a year ago for $400. Bought a car from them 3 years ago. NEVER AGAIN. Absolute worst sales people and service people ever. If anyone reads this, please take my advice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Walked in with a pre approval from Capital One. Told me I had to use their bank (Flagship Credit Acceptance), when I said I don't want to, they still used that bank. Now I am stuck upside down on a car because of a massively inflated interest rate. Bait and Switch is very real. And when you ask for remedies, it's always the customers fault and not theirs. Their service center is beyond disappointing, this is not my first car from Sansone our family has purchased other cars from here but the service at Sanson Kia is the worst. There is no empathy. I have been going back to this place for multiple issues and almost always each issue requires me to go back for the same reason for months, despite themselves stating that their best certified technicians/master technicians review the issues. They have almost never given us a rental without making us wait for days saying that the warranty will not cover. Or they cannot provide rental until they know what the issue is, so if their certified technicians cannot find out what is the issue how is it the customers fault, it is simply the FAILIURE of this facility. They have changed parts of our car (which now seems to be unwanted) as the issue has not been resolved. Do not expect your issues to be solved at this location. Remote start key fob issue gone back 6 times (turned out to be a battery issue) Thermostat issue- gone back 3 times. I was on my way home in the middle of the night and my engine started overheating and smoking while I was stranded in the middle of the road. Fuel pump issue which btw also caused further issues which they made us pay for. Noise on acceleration- been going back since May 2025 it's August now, and I am done, pissed off, and find the need to simply put it out here for everyone to know. Please do better customer service, your staff told me to give one more opportunity on Saturday 08/09/25 and yet I did not hear back on any updates. This is not the service any customer deserves. I could drop off my car without an appointment. The results of the diagnostic blew me away, because I wasn't expecting an engine replacement. Two of my car's parts were damaged during the service in Sansone and my extended warranty refused to pay for. I had to pay for the damaged parts. I also had to pay for two more days for rental car and spent 5 hours inside the service office to process the warranty payment. Very stressfull but so far so good. More
I had the worst experience ever with the Kia Service Department. Vehicle dropped off on Fri at 9:30 AM for remote start installation costing $599.00, which I was warned would be an all day thing until 5 Department. At 11:25 AM I received a call and was informed that they had ran out of remote start devices and that the best they could do was to re-schedule my vehicle for Mon at 10 AM. I was never sent a new appointment reminder or confirmation. I called the service department Sat afternoon and left a voicemail requesting a call back from a supervisor and I am still waiting. Last, but not least they kept the coupon I intended to use, which would have saved me $75. This just shows no communication between Service Dept. and outside Vendor. My honest and real rating for this Service Center is ZERO stars, unfortunately I had to give them 1. More
