My mom's car was there for 2 months with very little communication. They continued to put "new parts" in it running up a bill with not knowing what they were doing. It was completed and they claimed to communication. They continued to put "new parts" in it running up a bill with not knowing what they were doing. It was completed and they claimed to have called telling us it was ready but no one answered. They had several numbers and there were no missed calls or messages on any of the numbers. The service manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. We were told there were many cars there longer then hers. When my mom picked it up they had said it was road tested but within a mile of her leaving it shut off at every red light. This means it's not repaired and actually very dangerous. Especially for a 88 year old woman. Shame on this place. Don't take your car there. They do not care and will lie and lie and lie. We consider this elder abuse and can't believe this place is still open. More
